Design Development

Construction Administration

[/vc_column_text][vc_column_text el_class=”p2″]We provide full Construction Administration services, including documenting and communicating progress of the work to the Owner, processing requests for payment from the Contractor, and developing a punch list required for final project closeout. The procedures we follow for Construction Administration are as outlined in AIA Document A201, General Conditions of the Contract for Construction. Other services that are included as part of Construction Administration include:

  • Conduct site visits at intervals appropriate to the stage of construction to help ensure that the work is being conducted in a manner such that it will be completed in accordance with the Contract Documents.
  • Review and take appropriate action upon Contractor’s submittals such as Shop Drawings, Product Data, and Samples.
  • Conduct inspections to determine the date of Substantial Completion and the date of final completion.

Construction Documents

The Construction Documents shall be subject to the Owner’s approval. We shall assist in preparation of Bidding Documents, Conditions of the Contract, and the form of Agreement between the Owner and Contractor. RESCOM shall also keep close contact with the Owner to advise of any adjustments to preliminary estimates and in regard to filing any documents required for approval of governmental authorities that may be required.[/vc_column_text][vc_column_text css=”.vc_custom_1525957803521{padding-top: 15px !important;}”]

Permitting

[/vc_column_text][vc_column_text el_class=”p2″]RESCOM shall prepare Building Permit Applications and any other required materials for submission to governing authorities as necessary.  Site Conditions, Zoning + Permitting
