[/vc_column_text][vc_column_text el_class=”p2″]We provide full Construction Administration services, including documenting and communicating progress of the work to the Owner, processing requests for payment from the Contractor, and developing a punch list required for final project closeout. The procedures we follow for Construction Administration are as outlined in AIA Document A201, General Conditions of the Contract for Construction. Other services that are included as part of Construction Administration include:- Conduct site visits at intervals appropriate to the stage of construction to help ensure that the work is being conducted in a manner such that it will be completed in accordance with the Contract Documents.
- Review and take appropriate action upon Contractor’s submittals such as Shop Drawings, Product Data, and Samples.
- Conduct inspections to determine the date of Substantial Completion and the date of final completion.
Zoning Review
[/vc_column_text][vc_column_text el_class=”p2″]We provide thorough review of zoning regulations regarding setbacks, septic requirements, Conservation Commission and Overlay District issues. We also coordinate the Zoning Review with site engineering plans and contact the Civil Engineers responsible for the septic design in order to conduct a site plan review. The Construction Documents shall be subject to the Owner’s approval. We shall assist in preparation of Bidding Documents, Conditions of the Contract, and the form of Agreement between the Owner and Contractor.
