His experience includes planning, designing and building facilities that not only cater to specific client needs, but also contribute to future sustainable growth. Mark Hartwell

Project Manager

Since joining RESCOM in 2011, Mark has been an essential component to driving our projects through successful completion. From conceptual design and construction documentation to construction administration, Mark’s experience as an accomplished job captain has evolved a deeper understanding of building environments. Mark’s experience on a diverse spectrum of project types, both residential and commercial, has lead to an adaptive design approach to help deliver focused, individualized solutions to our clients. Mark is also a LEED AP affiliate who understands the importance of implementing energy efficient solutions.

Project Manager

Josh is an effective project manager and skilled designer, capable of overseeing projects through all phases, from schematic design and development through completion for all project types. Josh provides a deep understanding of construction methodology and project controls, and understands the importance of integrating design alongside best construction practices to help deliver successful projects to our clients. He also utilizes his previous 10 years in the design and marketing industry to lead our firm’s marketing efforts. Josh has design training from Boston Architectural College and holds a Master of Science in Construction Management from Wentworth Institute of Technology.

Samantha Bradley

Designer/Interiors

As our interior designer, Samantha has played an integral role in expanding our firm’s design capabilities since joining RESCOM. In addition to being a skilled designer, Samantha is responsible for creating the interior renderings that help our clients gain a greater visual and spatial understanding of their projects and helps bring them to life. Sam holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Interior Design from Cazenovia College, enjoyed time as president of their interior design club, graduated with high Latin honors, and received the Excellence in Interior Design Award.

Anne-Marie Siroonian

Accounting & Billing Specialist

Anne-Marie is a graduate of the University of Southern Maine Portland. Anne-Marie is the firms accounting and billing specialist. She maintains all of the project contracts and assists in the preparation of plan review submissions to the department of public health.
